Cutting-Edge Equipment
Our plant manufactures plastic components using vacuum, pressure, or twin sheet forming. Our five automatic thermoforming machines can produce parts up to 80″ × 120″ in size. To ensure impeccable precision, the cutting process is carried out in one of our six CNC machining centers.
Quick Manufacturing of Toolings and Prototypes
The design and manufacturing of molds and jigs (with the help of CAD/CAM software) all take place in our factory, which greatly reduces lead production times and ensures better control over deadlines. Depending on your project, the turnaround time can be as short as a week, making thermoforming a strong contender to 3D printing, since our tooling is production-ready right from the start.
